When will my Order ship?
In Stock Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days (excluding Holidays). Our lead time for our Made to Order items is 8 weeks which does not include shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery for our In Stock and Made to Order items. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your item has shipped.

How do I check the status of my Order? 
To check the status of your order on a Shopify website, follow these steps:

Order Confirmation Email: After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from our store. This email typically contains a link to your order status page, where you can view real-time updates on your order's progress.

Order Status Page: If you have an account with Local Made Market, log in and navigate to your order history. Here, you can select the specific order to view its status. If you checked out as a guest, use the link provided in your confirmation email to access the order status page. This page provides details such as payment status, fulfillment status, and tracking information.

When will my payment be processed?
All payments are processed and collected at the time of the order being placed, regardless of lead time.

Can I cancel or change my Order after it has been placed?
We allow a 24 hour “Help, I’ve changed my mind” period for order changes or cancellations as long as your order has not been put into production or shipped. Please contact us at info@localmademkt.com within 24 hours of placing your order for assistance.

Do you offer a Trade Program?

What does “Made to Order” mean?
All of our furniture is “Made to Order” unless otherwise specified, which means that it is being custom-made for you per the selections made when placing the order. The lead time for our furniture, which is all made to order, will be 8 weeks.  Customers should allow an additional 2–3 weeks for shipping, depending on their location.

What does “Ready to Ship” mean?
Items labelled “Ready to Ship” means that they have already made and available for
immediate shipping. Please allow 5–7 days for us to prepare your order and another 1–2 weeks for delivery. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order has shipped.

We understand the importance of selecting the perfect finish and material for your piece. Please see our finish and material options below. We highly recommend that you order a finish/material sample to view in our space prior to placing your Order.
