Warranty & Return Information
We offer a One Year Limited Warranty Policy for our furniture unless otherwise specified.
This Limited Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the one year Warranty period from date of purchase for the original Purchaser. The Warranty is not transferrable.
During the one year Warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected part(s) of the furniture piece at our discretion. In the event that a repair is necessary, pickup and delivery charges may apply based on the Customer’s location.
This Warranty does not cover damage or defects as a result of:
- Misuse or conditions beyond standard residential normal use
- Improper storage
- Use of third-party products
- Dramatic temperature or humidity variations
- Natural variations occurring in wood and leather should not be considered defects
- Our leather products are handmade and natural variations such as colour and texture may occur and not considered defects
- We do not guarantee colour fastness of our leather products
Our Warranty will no longer apply if our product has been modified or altered.
As each piece of our furniture we craft is made to order, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Due to the handmade nature of these products and that they are not manufactured by us, a Warranty is not offered. Please follow the recommended care guidelines provided.
